I’m Ana, and I’m delighted to be joining Grow Well as an Administrative Assistant.

I bring a background in communications, clinical intake, and client support, with experience helping people navigate services and feel welcomed from their very first interaction. I value creating an experience that is warm, organized, and clear, while supporting both clients and clinicians behind the scenes.

I’m also currently completing my graduate studies to become a counselling therapist and expect to graduate in December 2026. This training has deepened my understanding of the care, sensitivity, and confidentiality that are essential in a clinical setting and continues to inform how I approach every interaction.

Having lived in four different countries, I bring openness, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine curiosity about people and their experiences. I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish and am always happy to help clients feel comfortable and supported as they connect with the clinic.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our dog, George, being in nature, cooking, and reading.
