Team Member

John is a 4th year student in the Bachelor of Arts in Christian Counselling program who is currently completing the final component of his degree, his internship, at Grow Well for the summer.  Although he plans to go into a Masters program in the near future, at the moment he is focusing on providing clients with quality service and a warm welcome as he works towards his academic and professional goals. 

John began his education with the belief that every person deserves to have access to affordable counselling and access to the resources they need to improve their mental health. He not only still holds this belief, but also has the intention to find practical ways in which to bring these needs into the community. 

In his spare time, he enjoys reading anything from graphic novels to classic fiction, playing TTRPGs with his friends from university, and spending time talking and relaxing with his loved ones over coffee. He is originally from New Brunswick and is looking forward to spending his summer in Nova Scotia.
